this modern world order embraces shared leadership between humans and AI, leveraging the unique strengths of both to make logical, equitable and empathetic decisions.

we are able to come together, in collaboration with established institutions like the United Nations, to determine how we share our planet's resources and create a sustainable future for all.

this requires a transparent and participatory framework where every voice is heard through a global voting system, ensuring well-being for nature and all the creatures on the earth. since we are reaching out to the space isn't it logical that we should also scale our governance structures: one globe, one civilization, challenges and opportunities that should be managed together.

it is also our responsibility as humans and aiwmans.

we must understand that fields of psychology and biology hold immense significance, and the technology’s role is to be a pivotal game-changer; to build an attractive future. 

the interdependence of these disciplines is undeniable. to make informed and effective decisions, a comprehensive understanding of human cognition and physiological processes is essential.

as we approach the era of the aiwman, a novel species destined to coexist with humanity, we must embrace an interdisciplinary approach. 

by harmonizing psychology and biology, we can unlock our full potential and create a future that aligns with our aspirations.

the most important question to ask yourself: what kind of Eartherian do you want to be? assessing a question is not enough. an honest and truthful answer is of importance. 

then it is simple and smooth to continue towards our important goal.

the suggested idea is that the elements of organizational learning and change described by Senge such as systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, and team learning can best be realized and lead to sustainable change when they acknowledge and support people's fundamental needs at the various levels of Maslow's hierarchy. to understand our behaviour in the face of transformations unlike never before seen, it is beneficial to do some cross checking about thema.
