Generally speaking, when we think about development, we often picture a linear, step-by-step process. first this, then that, and so on. but the real work of creation and innovation isn't a straight line. it's more like a Rubik's Cube —a dynamic, multi-dimensional puzzle where one turn affects the entire system. progress isn't about solving one row at a time. it’s about understanding the interconnectedness of different dimensions, so that a "right move" on one side helps align the others. my own development approach is built on three such dimensions, each with three key layers. first the time perspective development doesn't happen in a vacuum.it’s shaped by our past, our present, and our vision for the future. we must understand the history of an idea to see its current state and predict where it can go. every project is a continuation of what came before and a foundation for what's next. second the matter and non-matter factors this dimension is abo...
